SunWork Renewable Energy Projects is a California nonprofit, based in the South San Francisco Bay Area, that works to spread solar power widely by putting up solar electricity systems on area homes with the help of trained volunteers. SunWork's team teaches volunteers to help physically install solar systems, and works together with these volunteers to carry out installations for a lower cost.

By accomplishing installations more economically, SunWork and the people who volunteer with it allow more people to afford these systems, spreading this cleaner, renewable alternative to the sources of energy that contribute to climate change. SunWork handles all aspects of a solar system installation for the system purchaser including:
