"Solgen changed the perception I had about contractors. Those guys were always available and provided very detailed information about solar energy in general and also more specific to our project. Their quote was as clear and detailed as you could want. The installation was professionally done with a strong consideration to details. Their roofer even moved 2 vents out of the way (for free). I can confirm that the team was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. One thing I loved about working with them was the way they conducted our project: It took less than a month from signature to installation completed and they kept us informed about the progress on a regular basis. I would strongly recommend them. "

They provided very detailed information, the installation went very well and was professionally done in all aspects and details, the team was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. They also provided a great support after installation and were able to identify a major issue we had for years on our PG&E supply to the house (corroded neutral). It was definitively a great and refreshing experience to work with such a professional team."
