"The entire organization at Astrum Solar is knowledgeable about their products and the current availability of tax credits, solar grants, and renewable energy credits. They took care of the entire process from planning to installation to application for credits. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with our final installation and were extremely responsive to every issue that arose during the process. I can't say enough great things about them!"

"I interviewed several installer companies and Astrum Solar was by far the most professional. We put up our panels right before all the snow this past winter and as soon as it melted, our electric bill did too. Astrum Solar delivered exactly what they said they would and each panel they put up has a small micro-inverter device on it so I can see exactly how much energy my panels are producing every day online. I can log on from anywhere. None of the other folks I looked at were confident enough to use this technology. For solar these are the guys to use for your home"

"Astrum provided a complete, turn-key solution. They were recommended to me by a co-worker. Their engagement process was simple and all business interactions were polished and professional. They handled all the permits and grant applications. The installers included a team of 6 - 8 people including licensed electricians, professional roofers, etc. The team was supervised by a senior installer who answered all my questions. Two months after install (and two 20" snowfalls) we have had no faults. 700kwh to date!"

They explained everything thoroughly, conducted themselves professionally during all the phases of the project, and our system works great! They analyzed the best architecture for our system to maximize our production. They have been very helpful assisting us with the paperwork to get the solar grants and tax breaks sorted out. They also provided me with by far the best value for my Solar Renewable Energy Credits. Going solar was a huge investment for us and we looked at several companies, but Astrum Solar was the right company to do this work and were far and above any of their competition."

They were willing to design and create the perfect system for my needs.Astrum Solar uses microinverters, which the other installers didn’t offer. And I really liked Astrum’s online Performance Monitor, which shows you how much energy your system is producing, panel by panel, hour by hour."

"They were good. They always got back to me quick and didn’t drop the ball. After our installation, I got my first bill and it was only $8.45. Before Astrum Solar I was paying $65. This is better than investing in the bank. I invested in myself and the sun. Do the math, percentage wise this is better over the long-run. "

"Going solar in DC can be a daunting process. The perception that the DC government is unresponsive and that Pepco is equally unresponsive is generally true. However, Astrum can definitely help you navigate around these large obstacles."
