About Us
Climatic Solar Corporation was started in 1979, by its current president, John Drndak. Mr. Drndak holds a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Notre Dame and a M.S. Degree in Engineering from New York University. In 1976, he designed and implemented a solar energy course while at Southampton High School in Long Island, New York. In 1980, he passed the first Florida state solar contractor's licensing exam and was issued the first Solar Contractor's license in Florida. Much of Climatic Solar's success is a direct result from its overall knowledge, experience, high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Mr. Drndak's partner, Mr. Erik Delaney, joined the company in 2004, bringing his more than ten year's experience from running his own solar company. John and Erik each hold a Florida Solar Contractor's License. The company also holds a Plumbing Contractor's license. With more than 30 year's experience designing and installing more than 10,000 different solar systems, CSC is the solar energy expert serving the Treasure and Space coasts. CSC is well positioned to continue to be a leader in the Solar Industry in Florida.
